1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT
TastyHasty provides an online marketplace connection, using web-based technology that connects you and other consumers, restaurants and/or other businesses. TastyHasty’s software permits consumers to place orders for food from various restaurants, either for delivery or pickup (the “Software”). TastyHasty is not a restaurant or food preparation business.

2. MODIFICATIONS
TastyHasty reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Software or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement through the Services. You should regularly review this Agreement, as your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.

3. USER REGISTRATION
3.1 You agree to go through the registration procedure by filling out the registration form (on the Site under the heading "Log in to your account", in the application - "Login").
3.2 Acceptance of this Agreement is allowed only in full, acceptance of the Agreement with exemptions and / or in part is allowed only in cases expressly providing for it.
3.3 You are responsible for the security and restriction of access to your mobile device and Tasty Hasty account. All actions performed within the framework of using the service using your account are considered to have been committed by you.
3.4 You agree that you are obliged to immediately notify TastyHasty of any case of unauthorized (unauthorized) access under your account and / or any breach of security.
3.5 You have the right to have only one profile in the TastyHasty service system (“prohibition of creating multiple profiles”). Creation of several profiles to obtain benefits by misleading is a violation of these Rules and may lead to the immediate blocking of all your profiles, as well as to the impossibility of using all specified / used phone numbers / email addresses / bank cards of in the TastyHasty service system in the future.

4. CHECK-OUT
4.1 The order can be placed by the User using the functionality of the TastyHasty service. The registration of the order and its delivery is carried out by the User on the conditions specified on the Site, and is a confirmation of the User's consent with the essential conditions for the sale of goods.
4.2 To place an order on the service, you must take the following actions:
a) Fill out information about the delivery address. If you provide incorrect / incorrect information or TastyHasty has serious grounds to believe that the information provided by you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, TastyHasty has the right to suspend or cancel your registration and refuse to use the service;
b) Pay for the order.
4.3 Photos of food posted on the service are for reference only; the actual food may not correspond to such photos.
4.4 Notifications about delivery times provided to you are for informational purposes only and may not take into account circumstances beyond the control of TastyHasty, the Merchant including: delays due to unfavorable weather conditions, traffic congestion, etc. Also you confirm your consent that during the period of increased demand, the time for order confirmation and delivery may be increased.
4.5 You are responsible for the completeness, sufficiency and correctness of the data entered when placing the order. You bear the risk of the consequences of incorrectly specifying the information necessary for the execution of the order, including those leading to the impossibility of the proper execution of the Order.
4.6 TastyHasty reserves the right to refuse the User to use TastyHasty service without notifying the User and / or without explaining the reasons.

5. DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
5.1 You undertake to provide unhindered passage for the delivery personnel to the place of delivery, as well as to ensure their presence or the presence of a third party capable of accepting an order on your behalf at the place of the specified delivery address.
5.2 At the time of acceptance of the order, you undertake to check the contents of the order for compliance with the completed order. In case of identifying problems with the delivered order, you have the right not to accept such an order.
5.3 Obligations for delivery are considered fulfilled at the time of delivery of the order to you.
5.4 You are obliged to inform TastyHasty about the fact of non-receipt of the Order within 24 hours from the date of the expected delivery / receipt of the Order.

6. PROMOTIONS
TastyHasty has the right to conduct promotions, according to which you can be awarded additional points and / or Bonuses, provided that you must perform the actions necessary to participate in such promotions.

7. RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 The parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the current legislation.
7.2 TastyHasty has the right to receive questions from Users regarding the delivery of the Order within 24 (twenty four) hours from the date of delivery / expected delivery, while in order to avoid fraud, the User undertakes to provide materials with photo / video recording of damage to the order or other violations of quality / completeness with compliance with the requirements of the contact center.
7.3 TastyHasty has the right to verify the User using the phone number specified during registration, in case of doubts or controversial situations, claims and complaints from Users who have not been verified are not considered accepted.
7.4 TastyHasty reserves the right to cancel the User's order, block the User's account in cases where the User uses obscene language, is rude, is impolite, violates the requirements of this terms and conditions.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to its conflict of law provisions, and the obligations, rights and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with such laws.

9. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, instruct or induce others to use, the Tasty Hasty services for any activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; for any other illegal or fraudulent purpose or any purpose that is harmful to others; or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is illegal, fraudulent or harmful to others.

10. LIMITATIONS
In no event will TastyHasty be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible loss) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the services or any materials or content available through TastyHasty, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Tasty Hasty has been informed of the possibility of damage.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree that you will be responsible for your use of the TastyHasty service, and you agree to defend and indemnify TastyHasty from and against every claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your access to, use of, or alleged use of, the website; (ii) your violation of any portion of these Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in these Terms, or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property right or publicity, confidentiality, other property, or privacy right; or (iv) any dispute or issue between you and any third party. TastyHasty reserves the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (without limiting your indemnification obligations with respect to that matter), and in that case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.
